The first impression was that the employees were nice and friendly!! We visit several casinos from time to time but, these folks actually went out of their way to be warm and friendly. they had plenty of parking and there were only a few people there on this snowy day. In all fairness, I could have gone to another entrance.
We entered from the South entrance and immediately noticed no reasonable way to pull up and drop off people. Visited the new Hard Rock racino in Northfield, Oh today.
